The Company:
Our client, a leading Oil and Gas producer, seeks expertise for projects in Atlantic Canada.

This opportunity is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only. First consideration will be given to residents of Newfoundland & Labrador.

The Role:
• Deliver Material/Logistic service in a safe, timely and cost effective manner, in line with construction requirements and schedules, to the satisfaction of clients and to Company.
• Working closely with the project engineers to determine the most cost effective way to move material (air, road or sea) while not jeopardizing work schedules offshore.
• Preparation of bills of materials from design deliverables and manage interface from BOM’S to procurement.
• Identification of shortages and surplus materials as per implementation/Const request.
• Allocation of materials procured against project material requirements.
• Producing shipping documents for all material movements.
• Maintaining data integrity in procurement & materials systems and producing materials status reports.
• Coordinating material supply to fabrication sub-contractors.
• Expediting delivery of fabricated items to warehouse or job site.
• Management of warehouse / job site material receipt, storage and issue.
• Requesting and managing supply of small plant and equipment items required for project execution.
• Managing marshalling and issue of materials aligned to jobcards and project schedule.
• Assuring material deliveries aligned to boat sailing schedules.
• Management of freight forwarding and import / export and customs control activities.
• Transferring material from closeout jobs to active jobs / disposal of surplus materials.
• Ensure all applicable processes and management systems are adhered to.
• Act honestly and fairly in accordance with Company’s Code of Ethics and in support of Production Service Network's core values.
• Foster an environment of openness, trust and honesty in support of Company’s core values
• Foster good relationships with internal customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
2 years post secondary education or Technical Diploma in a relevant discipline.
5 years experience in a similar role.
Lead experience or large projects experience.
Strong written and presentation skills.
