The Role:
• Liaising with 3rd party contactors on materials/equipment delivery schedules to the base
• Monitoring and tracking of all temporary rental equipment for Production, Drilling and Projects
• Preparing all Cargo Manifests for the movement of materials and equipment to each of our onshore and offshore facilities
• Maintaining an accurate and up to date inventory of Company-owned and third party (rental) materials present at the facility
• Responsible for receiving all company controlled materials delivered to the facility, including cross-checking manifest lists and verifying condition and readiness of the received items
• Responsible for preparing all out-bound materials for shipment, including cross-checking manifest lists for accuracy and ensuring materials have been properly prepared and secured for shipment.
• Accountable for use of the company electronic manifesting system for control of material movements and disposition

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry
• A good understanding of tools and equipment used within the Oil and Gas industry
• Good recording ability and well developed planning and organizational skills
• IMDG certified
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Applications
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Responsible, strong but flexible personality is required Good working knowledge of Drilling Tools and Production Equipment
• Supervisory training and experience
