The Company:
A multi-national Oil and Gas Operator involved in a World Class Expansion Development being fabricated in Korea.

The Role:
Joining a Multi-national team based in one of the World's Largest Fabrication yards, this is an exciting long term role for an experienced Materials Coordinator to be part of a World Class Development.

The role will be based in Okpo, Geoje Island on an Expat basis (Visa Sponsorship Available) and will report to the Reporting to the Materials Management Lead for this World Class Project
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for supporting OE and HES of the materials team at the project Busan New Port warehouse & Masan Port. Follow safe working practices, promote IIF and be a visible HES leader for all activities.
• Look ahead analysis and reporting on material availability (CPI + Contractor) to support module fabrication at Okpo & Shinhan including liaison with project construction planning, Contractor, project expediting, procurement and logistics as required.
• Manage flow of CPI materials from project laydown to fabrication yard(s).
• Identification of late / missing materials and mitigation planning.
• Oversight, control and reporting of Contractor supplied materials for Ersai (onshore) module fabrication.
• Supports the develop organizational capability for warehouse and materials activities including receipt, goods inwards inspection and verification, storage, inventory management, equipment picking and issue.
• MM status reporting for project.
• Secondary oversight and management of 3rd Party contractor warehouse & supplied services.
• Field materials management
• Support management of Masan Port break bulk cargo discharge and storage
• Oversight of contractor control and management of CPI in yard
• Control of all Company Provided Items on receipt in country (Korea) through to issue to Contractor.
• Actively participates in safety meetings, tool box talks, BBS and other project specific safety programs
• Supports use of CPMS tools and processes
• Regularly provides CSOC feedback
• Other duties as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Fabrication Delivery Team (Construction planning, construction management, DSME procurement & Materials, Project procurement, expediting, materials and logistics teams, Ersai fabrication planning.
• Project Administration, IT, Training and Travel management
• Contractors (accommodation, ground transportation, and overall destination services providers)
