The Role:
MRP for stock replenishment -
• Run MRP
• Run Planned order report and segregate the suggested replenishment orders into Material Sponsor groups
• Provide additional data to allow the material Sponsor to make a considered approval decision.
• Liaise with the Material Sponsors to ensure a response in a timely manner
• Convert the approved planned orders to repair/replenish requisitions or call offs according to the availability of a contract
• Monitor the created call-offs to know when they have been approved, print and send to the vendor.
• Amend plant level material data as advised by the Material sponsor.

Repairs –
• Convert flow charts and guidance in to formal Local Operating Instruction
• Review current state of repairs
• Material at vendor
• Use of Custom transactions to manage movements
• Repair Service Orders in place
• Material returns
• On-going liaison with vendors
• Repair of damaged material in stock
• On-going maintenance of repair process

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SAP preferable
• Maintenance background preferable
• Knowledge of the repair cycle
• Good administrative skills with attention to detail
