The Role:
• Addition of New Locations (Tag Numbers), Equipment Numbers into Maximo
• Addition of new PM (Preventative Maintenance) Routines and Creation of Job Plans in Maximo
• Amendments to Location, Equipment, PM’s and Job Plans
• Upkeep of Registers for tracking changes to above
• Identify/Analyse gap’s between our current Maximo system / processes and the new Backbone requirements
• Perform a Data clean-up of current Maximo Data
• Become involved in establishing and implementing new processes

There will be some travel to Aberdeen and Falkirk to attend meetings represent the Client, these would initially be accompanied trips.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The ideal candidate needs to have a good knowledge of Maximo and Microsoft Excel
Strong Administration skills
Good communication skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferably be from a Petrochemical background
