The Role:
Key responsibilities include:

* Data entry in CMMS Maximo(database) in timely manner and ensuring highest accuracy and quality
* Entering completed works orders in to the database, checking that correct information is provided (failure codes, history, hours etc.)
* Apply updates within the database based on the information provided by operations (both onshore & offshore), planning teams and other support departments within the company
* Create new equipment entries in the database ensuring correct information is captured
* Creating comprehensive work packs for operations
* Contribute to the production of various maintenance KPIs
* Liaising with engineers, planners and operations to ensure correct information is provided and escalate any discrepancies found
* Provide help and support to Maximo end users
* Control and implementation of planned maintenance activities for rotating equipment vendors and provision of onshore support to the offshore assets for the Southern North Sea
* Attend safety meetings and safety stand downs, as necessary
* Be aware of safety policies and procedures and adhere to them

Qualifications/Experience desirable:

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
* Good written and verbal skills
* Good telephone manner and understanding of customer care
* Experience of Maximo system will be an advantage
* Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry desirable but not essential
