The Company:
Our Client is a global Energy Leader with a strong commitment to Honest and Ethical Business Practices within the Oil and Gas Industry. Our Client operates as an independent energy company. It has four segments: Oil and Gas, Syncrude, Energy Marketing, and Chemicals. The Oil and Gas segment explores, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and related products.

The Role:
•This position is responsible for execution of work in accordance with the Maintenance Management System, budget estimate within discipline, cost effective solutions to problems and management of dedicated sub-contractors
•Liaise with valve management contractor on a daily basis to resolve any queries regarding to repairs and any safety valve requirements.
•Management of Maintenance Mechanical Integrity issues relating to Static Equipment (valves, vessels etc) and Ancillary Support Systems and devices.
•Coordination of like for like pipe repairs / spool replacement work which includes piping system bolt change out campaigns from survey to completion including mobilising of vendors and equipment.
•Regular offshore visits to visually check upcoming work sites and skids to arrange and request any rigging and scaffold requirements. Checking of material that has been ordered and delivered to the platform for scopes that this role has requested.
•Provide day-to-day Onshore Mechanical Technical Support and advice to Offshore Maintenance Teams
•Liaise with Mechanical Engineers, related sub-contractors and vendors on an as-required basis
•Time delivery and quality of all deliverables against agreed plans and budgets
•Provide specialist support with regards to the required inspection, fault analysis, repair / remedial strategy and acceptance testing of equipment returned for investigation repair and / or overhaul.
•Analyse and diagnose plant and equipment problems
•Raise Material Masters as and when required
•Ensure critical maintenance activities are accurately reflected in asset plans
•Populate SAP work orders with material and manpower requirements.
•Annual TAR support which includes supervising specialist vendors under your control.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Considerable experience of the oil and gas industry, predominantly gained in an engineering and production operations environment.
- Good working knowledge and application of relevant UK oil and gas industry regulations.
- Familiarity with quality processes and the application of continuous improvement tools is desirable.
- Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels and encourage a team ethos across core crew and subcontractors.
- Ability to work in a fast moving, customer focused environment whilst maintaining the highest ethical integrity.
- Computer literacy required on Windows based applications.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering or Related Engineering Degree preferred.
