The Role:
Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for mechanical equipment engineering oversight of the FEED and EPCI contractor during front-end, detailed design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start up in accordance to equipment functional requirements, company specifications, quality, cost schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience: 10-15 years experience in design, repair, replace, re-rate and troubleshoot rotating mechanical equipment. Familiar with operation of petroleum producing or refining plants.Demonstrates understanding of rotating, and static mechanical equipment (i.e. inter-relationships between piping, electrical, fuel, etc.).
Technical Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of applicable industry codes and company standards and specifications related to the design, fabrication, inspection and testing of rotating and static mechanical equipment; monitors and evaluates mechanical equipment and facilities. Able to design, and construct systems containing multiple rotating and static equipment
Project Management/Decision-Making: Capable of working and communicating with a multi-functional asset team.Familiar with CSOC and CPDEP.Understands customer focus.
