To work flexibly undertaking a variety of mechanical assembly activities associated with the manufacture of high integrity plant and equipment.
Key Activities/Decision Areas:
*Working with the manufacturing manager and his team to determine overall requirements of each stage of the plan
*Route card review to ensure each stage and method of production has been completed
*Assembly to the time, cost and quality requirements laid out in the plan
*Completion of all documentary evidence supplied by Manufacturing and QA areas
*Maintain records for all completed work to required company standards and procedures
*Pass off all completed work to the drawing standards issued and to be available to do the same for any other assembly - fitter as a `check inspector'
*To carry out any other tasks requested by the manufacturing engineer within the scope and requirement of your role and personal level of competence
