The Company:
Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Role:
Key duties will include:-
• Provide leadership on HSSE issues and in particular set by example the framework and behaviours necessary to deliver the project’s commitment to no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment.
• Engage and work effectively with HHI Quality team.
• Work with HHI to ensure that as applicable the requirements of the EU Directives, primarily PED and ATEX, are correctly specified in JPK/GSH procurement and contractual documentation.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Integrity Management Plan activities for the equipment. Provide regular reporting on status and activities.
• Inspects materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to specifications including; Witness critical inspections and FAT of equipment including vessels and packages in accordance with approved Contract specifications/ETPs/Applicable Company Standards and statutory requirements
• ITP’s and project specification, codes and EU regulations
• Generate Inspection reports for distribution to Supplier Quality Manager per company and project requirements, utilising project pro-forma’s and instructions.
• Review of equipment dossiers.
• Monitor status of supplier documentation for shipment of materials, equipment and final inspection.
• Participate in and/or conduct pre-fabrication meetings.
• Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) for non-conforming work, materials or equipment.
• Planning travel and inspection visits to effectively utilize time and minimize expenses.
• Issue Inspection release notes when material, equipment or fabricated item is acceptable and released from inspection.
• Monitor and report on Subcontractor/Supplier compliance with key quality procedures and documentation relating to Contract work packages, ensuring Subcontractor/Supplier conformity with contract quality requirements, relevant Codes/Standards and good site practices.
• Monitor and report on Subcontractor/Supplier quality programmes including but not limited to:
o Ensure implementation and verification of Duplex materials.
o Material release inspection/documentation and certificate review,
o Manufacturing inspection (including welding/Fabrication/NDE operations),
o Factory acceptance testing (FAT), Punch listing, as-built preparation, in conjunction with OPS/ COMMS groups.
o Final documentation review and equipment release all in compliance with the requirements of Contract GoC specification.
• Participate in Quality Reviews & Audits of contractors/suppliers facilities, verification of process documentation to ensure compliance to agreed contract documentation.
• Take active role in implementing company Guidance on Certification system with nominated contractors and suppliers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proven experience of working in senior quality management roles on oil and gas projects is required.
Strong background in package engineering and vendor management.
Minimum academic qualification mechanical or equivalent (HNC or equivalent)
Accredited lead auditor or equivalent - preferred but not essential.
Good working experience in contractor/supplier quality management process
in the Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries.

Experience in the design, fabrication, and/or inspection of industrial refinery or oil and gas production equipment.

Strong knowledge of associated industry construction codes, manufacturing/jobsite construction techniques, modular process equipment and welding practices

In depth knowledge of manufacture and testing of Duplex materials
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & knowledge of ISO 29001, European Directives especially PED and ATEX.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word/Excel

Working knowledge of:-
