The Role:
Work directly with the contractors' Supervisors and WRPs to ensure the
execution is completed as per the plan. Ensure the work is
done in accordance with technical requirements and coordinate with QC
to ensure inspections are conducted without impact to construction.
Influence the contractor on ways to work more productively and
efficiently. Provide feedback to COF Superintendent on cost, schedule and
productivity opportunities.
Review contractor's method statements to ensure successful execution is
built into the plan. Provide constructive input on how work will be
performed, what resources and tools are needed and ensure impact of
other simultaneous operations is properly considered. Coordinate with
other Supervisor in the team and project controls to ensure the sequence
of work and resources needed are properly understood and reflect in the
