The Company:
Our client is tone of the he leading oil companies in Caspian Sea Region.

The Role:
-Deliver safe, reliable operations
-Performs to a high standard by the application of safe and recognized maintenance practices whilst carrying out any maintenance, Coaching or Assessment tasks.
-Demonstrates a full and comprehensive understanding of Operating and maintenance Procedures and Statutory requirements by completing all Generic Profile requirements.
-Performs record keeping functions within the maintenance management system by providing concise and meaningful information on work conducted.
-Implements the weekly plan to make the best use of available resources and best use of Coaching Assessment requirements.
-Ensures all tools and maintenance equipment in excellent condition and fit for purpose.
-Maintains suitable stock levels of consumable items and spares.
-Complies with all company's requirements for the use of vehicles on site
-Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions of plant equipment to company's standard.
-Actively integrates into a team environment demonstrating an awareness of others and having a flexible attitude.
-Performs emergency response duties as per the Site Emergency Plan all tasks to be undertaken safely, efficiently and in accordance with the sites safe system.
-Capable of working to deadlines and meeting targets with support of supervision and others showing self motivation skills.
-Coaching of the National Technicians in the Elements identified in their respective Profile to the Standards as identified in CMAS.
-Assess the National Technicians in the Elements identified in their respective Profile to the Standards as identified in CMAS.
-Liaise closely with the National Technicians to determine Coaching and Assessment requirements.
Participate fully in the BOSS and CI systems with good clear observations and suggestions.
Maintain all equipment to the highest standards

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Fluent English
-Coach experience
-Ability to work abroad
