The Company:
Fircroft have been engaged through partnership with a national EPC to source an Assessor for an ongoing LNG operations and maintenance contract. As the construction phase of the first Queensland CSG / LNG projects near handover, owner/operators are now planning and training in order to support an ongoing need of new workforce solutions in an emerging market. This role is critical to the success of this project transition.

The Role:
Working with a back to back, the Assessor will be responsible for ensuring competency of operations staff against newly developed criteria in the Surat Basin. AS such, a background in operating LNG plant or the CSG and hydrocarbon industries will ensure the success of this role. Previous exposure to a training and assessing role is essential.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Trade or engineering qualifications
- Certificate IV (TAE40110) in Training and Assessment, or equivalent
- Extensive operations or mechanical maintenance experience in CSG or a related field
- Advanced communications skills
- Ability to work on a rostered basis, with travel to site
- Australian work rights and local experience
