The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be working under the infotainment core structure and will be responsible in the first for working on Microphone components, working across PD teams such as Trim, Packaging, Telephone, Voice and Telematics. This will include time in role will be spent on physical testing and tuning each vehicle in a lab environment. Specific equipment training will be available for any successful candidate but the ability to understand international standards such as ITU or VDA (P1100, P1110). Additionally to the Microphone role other in vehicle voice communication testing may fall under the role such as telematics, voice and potentially VOIP communication in future.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Experience with defining and documenting test methods.
2. Conceptual and analytical thinker.
3.Acoustic experience preferably Automotive.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Degree preferred, Project delivery, Supplier management, Problem solving.
