The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Deliver the integration of Incident and Injury Free program / culture into Contractors work program.
• Deliver the Contractor HES Management process into the Upstream team, SSFP teams.
• Deliver the HES component of the Field Activities during Phase 4.
• Review Contractor produced HES deliverables as required by the Microtunnel Construction Contract
• Support the implementation of the Operational Excellence process (OE - Safety, Health, Environment, Reliability and Efficiency) as part of the Detailed Engineering activities and into execution (Phase 4).
• Participate in Incident Investigations and be able to lead Root Cause Analysis on behalf of Upstream.
• Audit Upstream Contractors against their HES Management Plans and audit protocols.
• Participate in Field HES inspections and reviews.
• Manage the development and measurement of the key Upstream Contractor KPIs.
• Identify and implement initiatives for improving HES Culture within the Upstream Team.
• Help deliver Contractor HES commitments to achieve HES performance during the Phase 4 execution activities.
• Interface with Gorgon HESS Team to ensure lessons from project, where applicable.
• Demonstrate leadership and participation in OE/ HESS Initiatives.
• Write HES Reports and HES Management Plans suitable for Phase 4 field activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
5-10 years Oil and Gas industry, ideally with a Civil Construction background.
Worked as owner’s team representative, supervising 3rd party contractors in office and field environment.
To have worked in the Civil Construction industry and trained operators in safe work practices.
To have implemented Company HES Management Systems across a 3rd party contract package.
Ability to communicate effectively across varying organisational levels (eg: across Management / Engineers / Tradespersons).
