The Role:
Our client is looking for a Midstream Project Services Coordinator who must have strong project services experience at a coordination level for major LNG and midstream gas projects.

The ideal candidate must have substantial experience of working major LNG liquefaction projects in FEED and pre-FEED phase.Will be responsible to coordinate and lead the Project Services/Project Control Function on a particular project or package of the entire development from early phases to Execution; This will include the implementation of Project Services framework including processes, procedures, Systems and Managing resources to assure compliance to the Project Services framework.
The role involve the coordination of Planning & Scheduling, Cost Engineering, Contract administration, document controlling and working with Cost Estimators and Risk & Value functions thus assisting project team members carrying out their specific activities efficiently and effectively according to cost and time targets.
This role will assure integrity and day-day performance of Project Services activities assuring correct integration at Project and program level smoothing the workflow of such organization.
Assure implementation of project procedures and alignment of Project Services Activities to project Level
- Producing Project Report assembling and checking the quality of project services documents
- Supporting the Development Project Managers or Project Coordinators defining project documentation regarding Project Services
- Coordinating a specialized team of project service engineers in the planning and scheduling project activities, monitoring project progress, budgeting and cost controlling
- Assure peers interfaces and deployment of Project Services Procedures and framework to
- Represent the Project Services Function in front of Contractors Managing the coordination, preparation, integration and quality of Plans and Schedules for FEL phases, coordinating the scope of work definition with inter-disciplinary teams and contractors, assuring the implementation of the Project Tools and instruments as well as preparation of detail schedules to reflect the scope of work to be progressed and monitor in each project stage
- Managing Pre-project planning and scheduling of Full Life Execution up to commissioning and hand over. Assure compliance of Program/Project Procedure and working instruction and the accuracy of Execution plans and schedules at each stage of the project
- Managing the Budgeting process and its accuracy and assure proper update through the period of the project;
- Managing the Cost Control process assuring the quality of the accruals in a timely manner and provide accurate forecast and estimates at completion
- Support centralized functions on their activities such as Cost Estimate and implementation of procedures and practices at project level
- Support centralized functions on their activities such as Risk and value best practices and integration of contractor input in particular project Risk and Value action plans
- Managing the coordination of specialist studies for specific project services activities and assure alignment and compliance with Project/Program procedures
- Assure quality of OPDS DSPs at project level
- Managing the coordination of Contract administration and assuring the post-award contracting activities
- Cooperate with Independent Assurance Teams in assurance reviews, peer reviews activities with respect to project services functions assuring discussion and inclusion of findings and recommendations or response to enquires and third parties concerns.
- Produce an aligned view of Investment projects in Corporate planning exercises as Strategic plan (4Y), Business plan (20Y), Monitoring Releases, input and analysis of data for Company corporate planning systems as well as keep close interface with Finance Department

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering. Master degree will be an advance
Professional Qualifications
- PMI or AACEI certification will be an advance
- Training and Courses
- Management skills advanced course
- Project management advanced course
- Engineering
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Additional Language is an advantage
- 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
- 5 years of direct project service experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a vast experience in upstream and midstream Oil & Gas development projects with particular previous experience in offshore gas developments, subsea
and onshore pipelines, LNG plans and / or Floating Production Units, Downstream experience may be as well considered
- Mixed experience in early phases of project development (FEL, conceptual, FEED) with exposure with Execution environment and Project services practices apply to each stage of the
project life cycle
- Experience with Primavera, MS Project or scheduling tools as well as databases and Excel
- Experienced working with an Owner organization will be a plus but not mandatory
- The candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills
- The candidate will have a friendly multi-cultural attitude
- Excellent written, spoken and conversational English. Other languages are of a great
advantage - High mobility and flexibility to relocate
