The Role:
The role is to support services teams and all relevant third parties/sub-contractors to ensure that the agreed commercial contract is successfully rolled out on time and within budget; ensuring that SLA’s are met and client satisfaction guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Change & Mobilisation strategy for the contract
• Provide leadership and direction on the mobilisation plan; monitoring key project milestones including service delivery, costs, resources, communication, quality and timelines.
• Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed, in alignment within a defined risk management methodology.
• Work with teams across the organisation and with our sub-contractor partnerships and engage the relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resource utilisation
• Partner with relevant teams to ensure all commercial agreements are in place and procurement processes are embedded
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor the mobilisation plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
• Develop and manage an escalation process and formal review process, including regular assessment of priorities.
• Manage all project documents and file shares to ensure on going knowledge is in place and operational handover has been completed for each phase of the mobilisation.
• Facilitate regular mobilisation meetings both internally and with the client

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience supporting large multi stream/multi-service projects in excess of $100 million – ideally 10yrs+ experience
- Relevant project management qualifications and experience working within a defined project methodology
- Demonstrated success in implementing complex projects, with concurrent timelines and dimensions, on time and within budget
- Knowledge and understanding of project governance and quality issues including, risk management practice, safety and quality, service evaluation, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and mediate across multi-functional or multi-discipline teams in order to achieve agreed objectives.
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems, identify critical issues and develop strategies for delivering solutions.
- Advanced skills with MS Project and the MS Off
