The Role:
MOC & Interface Coordinator (Management of change)
Location: Bangkok Based
Hiring Duration: 5 yrs and basic 1 year renewable contract
Key Job Responsibilities:
• INTERFACE (40%): Develop and deploy interface management processes, procedures and tools, for the project team to address interface issues, gain alignment on interface decisions and resolve interface issues in a timely manner to avoid impacting the project schedule and budget. Develop contractor interface management expectations for FEED contracts. Monitor interface register(s) to track interface progress from identification to close out. Participate randomly in contractor interface meetings to ensure that contractor interface activities are prioritized in line with project objectives. Facilitate quarterly interface meetings across contracts for the project to address, resolve and gain alignment on interface issues to avoid impacting the project schedule and budget. Review contractor execution plans to ensure compliance with the project interface management plan and recommend necessary adjustments. Audit/oversight role for both Chevron and contractor interface work processes and execution; provide consul to the AIR Manager on status, compliance, problem areas, and future direction. Provide training and guidance to the team for the above mentioned interface management tools and processes.
• MANAGEMENT (20%): Develop and manage a project-wide interface management plan. This plan will be comprehensive: cross-discipline and cross-contract. Provide additional support to the AIR Manager, as required.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE (PMOC) (20%): Develop Project Management of Change (PMOC) plans and implements all MOC activities identified in the plans. Roll-out the PMOC process to the project and facilitate change requests resolution and close-out. Manage and control change by facilitating timely communication across the impacted functional groups to quickly assess and document the impact of a proposed change. Assure follow through and full implementation of approved changes. Generate monthly Project Management of Change (PMOC) report for communication to all stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification:
• Require background in engineering field
• Has more than 10 years working experience in Risk management, and experienced in Project Assurance plan and develop decision process and procedures would be advantage.
• Strong abilities in the use of Microsoft Office program (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio)
• Attention to detail and can work independently from a thorough understanding of program goals
• Develop and document processes and procedures from a blank sheet of paper, create and format management reports
• Clear and concise verbal and written communications both Thai and English
• Excellent typing skills
• Prioritize, plan, and organize multiple tasks concurrently and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understand technical jargon and relate technical topics to non-technical people
