The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main purpose of job: To support the module leader in his/her daily activities & support in achievement of the Project deliverables.

Position in organisation: Reports to the Module Leader(s). Liaises with all levels of the business, up to senior manager across all business functions.

Scope of Job:

- Implementation, management and report generation of project/module Key Performance Indicators including;
- critical parts registers
- bid specifications and the management of them through the approval process. Tracking of actuals versus plans
- 'P' & 'B' release profiles and tracking of actuals versus plans
- Preparation of module packs including RGS's, critical issues, finances etc.
- Management of module AEKO's on the relevant business system and reporting of change plans
- Coordination of module critical issues inputting in to the project tracker
- Diary management for the module leader(s) which includes setting up meetings, rooms, minute taking & distribution and booking travel
- Workflow management - raising and tracking of requests for the project
- Raising of specific permits as determined by the module leader(s)
