The Role:
To schedule and review orders and manage purchase requisition, To maintain master data and procurement parameters (min-max), To review stock holding on a regular basis, To liaise with procurement team, end users, and warehouse in order to ensure materials are ordered and received in a timely manner

• Monitor and update delivery dates to ensure product arrives as needed without overstock/understock
• Work with vendors to achieve target delivery performance and perform monthly delivery analysis
• Assist Accounting department. in resolving quantity and price discrepancies
• On a daily basis, run MRP, place purchase orders with vendors
• Monitor/evaluate forecast and make adjustments
• Maintain/Update vendor info records
• Update/Maintain SAP purchase/planning parameters inside SAP
• Maintain inventory levels per inventory target and minimize obsolescence
• Perform analysis on Service Level Monitor for late deliveries
• Provide delivery confirmations to customer orders
• Assist other employees in the accomplishment of their assigned responsibility, as requested.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Diploma degree with a preferred focus in Material Management/Supply Chain/Planning/Operations.
• Proven knowledge of SAP is essential
• Experienced within a similar role in a Supply Chain/Material Control is essential
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both in verbal and written form. Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Replenishment Process, Purchasing Request Process, Material Master, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Order.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in computer systems (MS office).
• Math skills: Good general mathematical and statistical skills required.
