The Company:
Our client is a leading EPCM company who specialise in providing asset support solutions across Australia and South East Asia including engineering, operations, maintenance and upgrades of existing facilities both onshore and offshore.

The Role:
Our client is looking for an Offshore Multidiscipline Coordinator to provide technical knowledge, expertise and guidance in the execution of offshore scopes.

• Review the Customer specifications to ensure all technical aspects of contract are clear and understood
• Provide the onshore implementation team with the necessary support in the development of project documentation
• Liaise with the Customer offshore personnel on all technical aspects.
• Provide ownership of offshore implementation and lead the offshore review of work packs
• Ensure Customer quality requirements are adhered to and that company procedures are followed.
• Provide written reports on implementation activities as required by the CA superintendent
• Participate in pre-start and tool box meeting at the start of every shift.
• Ensure that equipment checks and pre-start checks are completed on a daily basis.
• Provide day to day guidance and active coaching to teams.
• Ensure that the right level of competency is applied to each task.
• Liaise with all AIM Offshore Coordinators as requested.
• Liaise with key client offshore representatives
• Act as focal point for the offshore element of all Multidiscipline campaigns
• Responsible for the coordination of Multidiscipline activities on set facilities
• Responsible for the inspection of coating activities and ensuring compliance and integrity requirements
• Ensure all coating campaigns comply with customer compliance and integrity requirements
• Responsible for ensuring that all coating reports are completed, work packs are closed out and material data reports are completed as coating programs progress

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:
• Complete Leadership Expectation Awareness Training within 6 months of obtaining the position.
• Wide range of experience in the supervision of Multidiscipline campaigns consisting of 10 to 12 people
• Experience with the supervision of multi-disciplined workforce from blasting personnel to scaffolders
• Candidates with significant and relevant experience in possession of Tertiary Qualifications in the field of Multidiscipline would also be considered
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience on offshore/onshore oil and gas projects
