The Role:
Member of the Logistics Technical Group, consisting of several naval architects and heavylift specialists who provide expertise and conduct reviews of contractor plans for the transportation of several hundred hydrocarbon production modules.
Accountable for reviewing contractor transporting execution plans including:
Ocean and river transport stowage plans and stability calculations
Newbuild vessel (barge / tug / river vessel) design and fabrication plans
Ocean and river transport grillage and sea fastening detailed engineering / fabrication / installation
Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to provide naval architecture support to project internal stakeholders with regard to stowage plans, grillage and seafastening, stability analysis of barges, river ships and ocean transport vessels.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in naval architecture from an internationally recognised university.
Experienced in the use of MOSES software.
Experience in developing cargo grillage and sea fastening loads standard criteria (NDA)
Experience in cargo grillage, sea fastening design and detailing.
Experienced in RoRo loading and offloading of large structures from barges and vessels using multi-wheeled transports and ballast compensation.
