The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
We are looking for an experienced NDE / Worksafe Coordinator to join one of Australia's largest LNG projects.

• Inspection of works in progress to ensure compliance with project specified requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of ITPs & FIC’s (or ITR) by the Contractor and Client attendance at Witness and Hold points for NDE inspections
• Review of NDE documentation systems, certification and training records, ensuring that reports are accurate and fully traceable back to inspected items Provision of technical support to Company and Contractor’s QC personnel as required.
• Follow inspection procedures, approved inspection and sampling plans and complete detailed inspection reports.

• Maintain routine surveillance and monitoring of coating and insulation activities

• Promote safety awareness (Incident Injury Free) and safe performance example at site, fabrication yards, subcontractors and vendor shops participation in IIF. Completes safety observations monthly and as required (TSTO)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications
• Pro-active approach to problem solving and trouble shooting. Ability to provide clear, accurate timely communication (written and verbal) with line manager.
• Previous experience working with AUT, TOFF.
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, processed good communication skills, leadership, teamwork, computer literate with high level of technical report writing qualified to ASNT level III in UT, RT, MT and PT (or equivalent) in accordance with ASNT, AIDNT or PCN.
• 10-15 years experience in Oil and Gas Construction and fully conversant with NDE or process piping, pressure vessels and structural steel work.
• Qualifications in ACIP – certified Pressure Equipment Inspector in Western Australia.
• Previous experience of working on LNG Projects.
• Proactive approach to resolving quality issues.
• Basic computing skills and working knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel.
• Formal safety training.
