The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
TBCThe purpose of this job is to ensure that the Maintenance Operating Discipline System is implemented and maintained effectively, to create value and deliver results for the client Maintenance Organization

1. Coordinate efforts to implement the Maintenance Operating Discipline System in their department.
2. Maintain knowledge of Maintenance Operating Discipline System activities; be able to direct department resources to the correct resources as needed.
3. Champion the department Assessment / Audit Program.
4. Actively participate in site and functional Maintenance Operating Discipline System networks.
5. Seek to standardize Maintenance Operating Discipline System solutions across the site where a standardized solution brings value.
6. Manage Department Document Management System.
7. Achieve full conformance on all applicable elements of Maintenance Operating Discipline System
8. Drive continuous improvement process.
9. Ensure that the Maintenance Operating Discipline System is a part of department goals and objectives and they are aligned with the site plan.
10. Build and manage websites to support communication of organization, goals, resources and progress.

• Prior experience with Maintenance Operating Discipline System/Training implementation is desirable.

• Applicant should be proficient in all IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and NetMeeting.
• Excellent leadership, technical writing, teaching, coaching, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, setting and resetting priorities and efficiently managing time is a must.
• Individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Incumbent must be highly organized.
• Good team and meeting facilitation skills are necessary.
• Must be highly efficient in writing Microsoft Excel macros.
• Must be able to build web sites, Microsoft Front Page (HTML, ASP language).
• Must have knowledge of SADARA's network systems, MWP, CMMS, Operate Plant Process, MISS.
• Must have demonstrated high proficiency in Windows XP Operating system with the ability to troubleshoot.
• Have strong interpersonal skill to frequently interface with SADARA Supervisors, SADARA employees, SADARA maintenance networks, and Contractor Company Management.
• Must have exceptional communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Two-year associate's degree in IT technology and 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role, or 7-10 years related experience is required (experience in document creation and management is required).

Ability to speak and write English required. Ability to speak and write Arabic preferred. Preference will be given to qualified Saudi Arab candidate.
