The Company:

The Role:
• Assist the Company Commissioning Instrumentation Leader to supervise the preparation and the execution of the Instrumentation Commissioning activities of all the systems/subsystems of the TLP Package which are carried out by the Contractor Onshore and Offshore in accordance with Company rules and specifications.
• Liase with construction teams to ensure timely completion of construction and punch-list
• Upon request from the Instrumentation Commissioning Leader, provides assistance to the TLP Construction team and
also to the Field Operations team .
• Ensure that all Commissioning actitivities are carried out in accordance with company HSE rules and instructions .
• Ensure compliance with Opercom and leaps in the execution of precommissioning and commissioning by Contractor.
• Supervise and organize job activities of the commissioning instrumentation inspectors teams .
• Issuing commissionning daily activities and progress report

Commissioning Preparation Phase:
• To review and comment the preparation of Commissioning procedures and OTP, including Pre-commissioning status index and the Commissioning technical database, the handover dossiers I certification, punch list control.
• Review and comment EPCC contractor Commissioning preparation work .
• Review Contractors Commissioning Spares/ Special Tools/temporary equipment lists .
• Ensure Contractor has identified all/any temporary equipment requirements
• Ensure that all interface activities are managed and controlled correctly by Contractor .

Commissioning Execution Phase :
• Ensure high quality Pre-commissioning and Commissioning execution; ensure that the preparation and execution of the
Operational Test I Loop Test are in accordance with Procedure and specification.
• Responsible for witnessing and monitoring the pre-commissioning activities performed by the Contractor, ensuring that
Company requirements and the OPERCOM methodology are fulfilled.
• Review and check all commissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
• Participate in relevant Risk Assessment protocols, tool box meeting.
• Generates punch as necessary .
• Contribute to punch list clearance .
• Supervises the execution and does report of the Instrumentation activities to ensure that all informations are properly
recorded, collected and available for inspection/reference as required by Company policies.
• Report immediately any unexpected events which may affect the Safety.the commissioning of the plant or the start up .
• Ensure the equipment during and after Commissioning is suitably preserved, maintained and reinstated by Contractor .
• Liaises with Field Operations .
• Start-up support to Operations when required .
• Ensure/Check As-Built drawinos are incorporating all changes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Education: Instrumentation Engineer with knowledge of other technical activities involved in the Project.
• Professionnal experience : 5 years of experience in a supervisory commissioning role on onshore and offshore projects.
Previous work experience in TLP/FPU/FSO/FPSO is a plus.

• Fluency in Enqlish and Korean, stronq manaqement and communications skills
