The Role:
Position Description:
Engine NVH development Engineer: Responsible for leading the refinement development for a specific engine program(s), and to develop testing & analysis workplans to support the program timing. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing those testing & analysis tasks to support the overall NVH development, and will need to carry out detailed analysis of data themselves. In addition, to interpret those results to provide expert recommendations to a design team. The engineer will need to liaise and work with vehicle and installation teams to deliver the total NVH system to program targets. They will also need to lead component & design teams in resolution of refinement issues

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills Required:
Proven team working capability and NVH experience/knowledge. Able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and able to demonstrate high motivation and ability to work on own initiative. Project management, PC skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and database applications.

Experience Required:
Proven team working capability and NVH experience. Prefer three year's NVH experience (not necessarily automotive).

Education Required:
Engineering Degree (Experience more important than qualifications). Will look at graduates (Aero/Auto/Mech Eng'g) should have a final year project or work experience related to noise or vibration investigation.
