The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the company Lead Occupational Hygienist by providing administrative and technical assistance in maintaining exposure data and similar records which is a mandatory requirement.

Data Entry and maintenance of the Essentials Data Base for all Occupational Hygiene surveys for Company. This is a corporate requirement and is essential to allow the Occupational Hygiene KPIs to be entered each quarter into Impact.
Data Sampling Administration
Provide support to the Occupational Hygienist on a daily basis including mobilisation bookings, live link and SharePoint management.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Data Entry and maintenance for the CHESS material management system for UK.
Work with IT on HSE Web Site maintenance and input.
To be the link with the Aberdeen Administrators network.
SAP and e-Payables work reviewing contract invoices for consultant work, laboratory analysis and database fees.

Primary Functions & Dimensions:
•To maintain occupational hygiene records to meet Corporate and Legislative requirements
•To maintain MSDS data base with accurate information to meet regulatory compliance
•To assist the company Occupational Hygienist with the day to day running of the section in particular the co-ordination of the occupational hygiene consultants in the field

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Excellent IT/keyboard skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Knowledge of IT systems and PC navigation
•A good working knowledge of data entry skills
•Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team.
•Adaptable, flexible and proactive in a demanding environment.
