Participate in the production of, and maintain an efficient and effective ocean shipping schedule for module delivery.
Working with the Vessel Contractor's Planner/Scheduler shipping schedule to develop, maintain and update with the latest Fabrication Schedule.
Maintaining oversight on the ocean fleet mix with the Contractor's Planner/Scheduler to ensure scheduling of vessels is in alignment with Project's requirements on utilization and economics.
Ensure the Vessel Contractor is complying with all Project's safety, environmental requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
Providing operational feedback and lessons learned to the Project Logistics team.
Reporting to the Vessel Fleet Manager on daily safety (IIF), planning, performance and any arising issues.
Works with the Logistics Planning Group and Contractor's
Planner/Scheduler in developing and maintaining ready for load/shipment schedules.
Supports interface between Ocean, Logistics Planning Group, Logistics Fabrication yards and TSBs on vessel schedule planning related issues.
Provide vessel loading/unloading schedule updates as per directed by Vessel Fleet Manager.
Support communication of vessel schedules to Logistics team located in the Fabrication yards and the TSBs.
Assurance support for planning and scheduling of vessel voyages, in accordance with the Ocean Contract, Ocean Transport SoW and Project's processes and procedures.
Participate in learning look backs for voyages with Logistics Optimisation
Manager and other key stakeholders, including vessel operator, to support validation of decision making parameters and continuous improvement of voyage management practices.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working in marine operations.
Understanding and knowledge of vessel scheduling and voyage planning.
Experience/knowledgeable with fundamental vessel loading/discharging, stability and ballast operations.
Fundamental knowledge of contracts and charter parties in a project or operations environment..
MS Project / Primavera P6.
Familiar with SOLAS, MARPOL, IMO and marine industry guidelines.
Experience on cargo vessels, i.e., heavy lift or RO/RO, serving as a deck officer.
Experience in Major Capital Projects, specifically, in a Logistics role.
Experience working with contracts within a project or operations environment.

Must have the legal right to reside and work in UK.
Must be able to travel internationally at short notice.
