The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
- Responsible for leading ODMS implementation in a plant/department which cover HSE or Responsible Care, Quality, Peoples and Operational Reliability

- Create Implementation Schedule and setting the milestone for Department by using Microsoft Project and communicate to Management Leadership Team

- Conduct weekly meeting and leading all ODMS Implementation process and perform plan, do, check, act cycle to resolves issues and removes barriers of Operating Discipline Management System

- Perform Gap Analysis and provide action plan to close all the gap to conformance to the Policies and Procedures

- Responsible for on-going ODMS compliance within the Dept

- Identify and initiates the budget for ODMS implementation and defines the resource needed

- Initiate and develops document management procedure while conforming to company policies

- Lead the procedures development and communicate all approved procedures throughout the Department

- Lead effort to identify Dept ODMS Element Focal Points

- Responsible for developing, maintain and control of electronics and physical file and structures for department

- Ensures and maintain all procedures and technical manual and drawing in place to support turnarounds

- Involves with budget team, procedure team, reliability team, empowerment team, PPM team, SAP team, Management Improvement Team, spare parts review team and BOM development in SAP system

- Responsible to conduct training to all staff on Operating Discipline Management System including to develop document and maintain document with retention schedules

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years or greater experience within the Petrochemical industry in the operation of industrial power distribution systems
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
