The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Participate in auditing activity, as required. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Develop Draft Terms of Reference for audit soliciting input from SMEs
• Identify and notify key stakeholders of upcoming audits
• Compile documentation required for audit
• Track audit actions to close out (internal and external)
• Auditing activity encompasses the entire Project with varying scopes and Delivery Team involvement
• Become qualified to lead compliance audits (internal training available)
• Report and record Instances of Potential Non-Compliance (IPNCs) and confirmed Non Compliance in
• Essential Suite
• Assist with IPNC investigations as required.
• Provide or contribute to OE compliance status reports as required including monthly reports to the Leadership Team, quarterly reports to the Operational Excellence Leadership Team, and quarterly reports
• Provide status reports on Compliance Assurance leading and lagging indicators, as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree
• Demonstrated experience in auditing management systems; engaging with stakeholders before, during and after audit; oil and gas experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential.
• Auditing skills, experience in an oil and gas capital project environment, ability to multi-task, work with a diverse group of people, and time management skills are very important.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills, sensitive communication style, accuracy in audit findings, strong work ethic, personal commitment to safety.
• Auditing qualifications advantageous but not essential as company training is provided

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• OHS certificate or similar advantageous
