The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
This position is based in the Corporate function for this Oil & Gas Operator.

The primary work of the role will be data entry and/or data manipulation, including quality control aspects, working with excel spreadsheets and the database “Essential Suite”. Essential Suite Program Support.

Responsibilities include:
• Gather and review legal and Operational Excellence process data for the OE/HES Compliance Master Register for loading into Essential Suite
• Assist project team in investigating issues and identifying resolutions with data quality and integrity
• Assist in the maintenance of the Essential Suite user training manuals
• Perform quality checks on data received and address any anomalies with the originator
• Assist in keeping the Register of requirements, audit checklists, controls and tasks in Essential Suite current
• Assist in achieving consistency and efficiency between the Essential Suite and Enviance registers
• Prepare regular refresh of operational controls in response to new/changed procedures
• Assist in maintaining quality control of Essential Suite data; including analysis and reporting on data quality issues and follow up to resolve. Provide backup support for Essential Suite Administrator activities (helpdesk function, user maintenance)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous administration experience is required.
Excel (advanced) ; and some kind of database management/administration Essential Suite or other ‘compliance management’ system
Attention to detail; verbal communication; written literacy; ability to prioritise

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Some HES or Audit training is preferred.
