The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Team Supervision • Set expectations for direct reports to manage team performance • Provide oversight to team to ensure deliverables are executed according to schedule Stakeholder engagement • Liaise with ABU and PRC to understand and influence reporting requirements for the Project and ensure these are communicated across the Project. • Engage SMEs to influence improvements/highlight weaknesses in processes and guidance with key interfaces to data management and reporting (e.g. MSW, BBS and IIR), providing feedback on process/procedural updates. • Ensure Wheatstone is represented on all related Community of Practices and networks • Provide support to OELT to identify annual leading and lagging indicators for targeted monthly review. • Seek opportunities to share Wheatstone’s benchmarking and data analysis with other MCPs through participation on Community of Practices • Engage with project and other MCPs as required to solicit and share lessons learned and best practices for Data Analysis and Reporting. • Represent Wheatstone in PRC annual review of OE Data Reporting Requirements. Reporting and Data Analysis • Manage annual updates to Wheatstone reporting requirements documentation and HES Reporting Boundary document. • Ensure alignment of all HES Performance Data to Wheatstone Operational Contract requirements and Wheatstone KPI Measures Plan. • Provide awareness sessions and engage with project stakeholders as required to ensure Project understands (internal and external) reporting requirements. • Provide ongoing Project wide guidance on reporting requirements and performance trends • Provide oversight and support for HES data collation across the Project to meet internal and external reporting requirements. • Ensure Wheatstone performance is benchmarked against other MCPs and industry performance. • Deliver data analysis and reports to meet project needs for benchmarking, identifying incident trends and generating focus area, providing support as required. • Implement a formal quality checking system for all OE performance and analytical reports and presentations prior to formal issue. • Deliver HES performance reports and presentations to key stakeholders including project leadership teams and OETs ensuring presentations are tailored to meet customer needs. • Support OE P&P Manager in highlighting key trends / concerns for OELT attention incorporating into reports and presentations as required. Data System Administration and Maintenance • Liaise with ABU specialists, BMS and corporate support teams to resolve HES data system issues and improvement opportunities. • Provide oversight to ensure maintenance and day to day administration of the HES Performance Reporting database • Participate in the development and implementation of HES OE data related IT systems that may impact Wheatstone. • Ensure OE data related system training is provided to key stakeholders (e.g. IMPACT, HES Reporting database, HES Store). • Support IIR Advisor in QA/QC of incidents reported in IMPACT, associated flashes generated and IMPACT data entry

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HES related degree, 5+ years experience in HES O&G,
Supervisory experience essential. Proficient in use of Microsoft packages such as Excel (ability to use pivot tables, and conditional formatting is essential), word and powerpoint. Ability to use Business Objects reporting tools is desirable. Experience of data management and analysis. Experience with OE data management systems highly desirable
• Must have proven ability to work under own initiative and judgement and negotiate moderately complex issues with Wheatstone and ABU stakeholders. • Must be able to rapidly build up profile as SME in data management so that project seeks out the person as a key source of information on OE data reporting and analysis. • Must have ability to extend sphere of influence across delivery teams and ABU. • Demonstrated ability to foster cooperation and collaboration with both internal and external (project team, contractors,) stakeholders. • Concise report writing and demonstrated presentation and
