The Company:
Our client is a major operator in the Oil & Gas industry with major redevelopment projects on their worldwide assets.

The Role:
Selected candidate will provide business analysis (BA) skills primarily focused on the creation of new technology and integration of information technology solutions for operational excellence (OE)/HES performance analysis.

· Consult with OE/HES and IT/IM teams, applying technology to OE business opportunities and planning and implementation of project wide applications
· Collaborate with project team, gathering and modelling business requirements/data, business processes and other business rules to ensure alternatives have been carefully considered and the chosen solution meets business objectives.
· Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis and/or viewpoints.
· Decompose high-level OE planning and performance business and user requirements into functional requirements and provide an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the IT/IM team, including offshore developers and work closely with the developers.
· Develop and explore innovative options to address business requirements and vet within solution teams for proper solution suggestions
