The Company:
manufacturing : Food packaging Business

The Role:
Support Office Administration Manager in all aspects of office administration including supervising receptionist and maids.
Provide operational excellence for office servicing, beverages, stationeries and office supplies inventory, etc.
Responsible for provision and maintenance of office equipments i.e. pantry or canteen utensils, office furniture, photocopiers, fax machines, LCD projector, digital cameras, projector and all facile equipments in the meeting rooms.
Implement and update the office admin data on the system.
Control all of admin documents related to all expenses/purchases occurred under office admin responsibilities.
Maintain and update filling systems both hard copies and electronic files.
Yearly renew all government documents related to office admin responsibilities, i.e. company asset and property tax.
Supervise the receptionists and backup when needed.
Carry out and be responsible for the efficient day-to-day routine administrative tasks and other tasks as assigned including
Support internal communication.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
Thai Nationality
At least 2 years of proven experience in office administration
Positive thinking, good team player with co-operative attitude, service-minded, and continuous improvement attitude
Well developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skill
Ability to work independently and in a multicultural and demanding working environment
Good command of spoken and written English
Knowledge in SAP R/3 is preferred
