The Company:
Our client is a nuclear specialist, covering both civilian and defence sectors, across the complete lifecycle from New Build, through Operations and Maintenance, to final decommissioning and waste disposal.

The Role:
Part 1: Specific Project requirements
• General Reception duties may include some of the following:
o Milk Orders and deliveries.
o Stationery (paper, etc.) and Sundries (tea, coffee, etc.) orders.
o Pool/Hire car bookings.
o Travel Arrangements.
o Meeting and greeting clients/customers.
o Meeting room bookings.
o Lunch orders.
o Tea and coffee replenishment for meeting rooms.
o Ensure meeting rooms have enough whiteboard markers, flipcharts, etc.
o Laptop and projector bookings.
o Ensure tea and coffee, etc. is kept replenished in office kitchens.
o Ensure stationery cupboard is kept stocked.
o Car parking – send requests through to Mark Garner.
o Ensure visitors have security/maintenance badges.
o Ensure printers are kept maintained.
o Order and distribute printer cartridges.
o Smart board and VC setup for meetings, when required.
o Post collection and distribution.
o Frank post on a daily basis – before 6pm.
• Provide admin support to project support team and office, as and when required.
• Deputy building management duties, as and when required.

Administration and Reception skills required.

Document Control knowledge preferred but not necessary.
