The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator.

The Role:
Client office manager based in contractor’s office – needs to interface and coordinate with contractor organization to handle facility related issues. Lead overall administrative support to the Downstream team, including diary management, travel arrangements, management of leave rosters, document management and maintenance of confidential files. Office management duties include managing overall administrative team and co-coordinating office IM requirements. Preparation, formatting and revision of general correspondence, technical reports, professional presentations, HES stats, and meeting notes. Work to be accurate and required under tight deadlines to meet commitments. Manage hard copies of original correspondence and couriers. Ensure office is stocked with appropriate materials. Handling of general enquiries and maintenance of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including timely logging into corporate filing system, routing and filing of correspondence. Maintain registers and logs and ensure all document control procedures maintained and compliant. Maintain safety comment register. Occasional contact with senior Management, proactively assist management while maintaining business confidentiality. Manage London office space and allocate hot desks. Liaises and conveys information to Project teams located in overseas offices. Organize functions, meetings, conferences, workshops. Schedule & organize logistics and materials for Project Meetings and Workshops. Coordinate Admin support requirements for the Development Area. Work in conjunction with other administration staff to ensure the efficient running of administration and office procedures, which includes ownership, maintenance and use of processes. Communicate notices to team. Other duties as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: O / A Levels
Experience: 5-10 Years as Lead Admin in Oil & Gas
