The Role:
• Work closely with the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
• Documentation of process and work flows
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Integrate change management activities into project plan

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Male or Female
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience developing procedural documentation, process mapping and presentations
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600)
