The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
My operator Client is currently seeking applications for an Offshore Company Representative on the Accommodation Support Vessel. The Company Representative will be reporting to the General Manager of Offshore Hook-up and Integration with a link into the General Manager of Logistics.


• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
• Develop and implement an execution plan and readiness check lists for both accommodation units
• Maintain a pan-project oversight of progress towards planning and preparation at ASV fabrication and pre-mob sites, on route and preparation for arrival in field. Identify and resolve cross facility issues in liaison with each package.
• Coordinate and intervene as required to achieve agreed milestones for the ASV scope.
• Work closely with the offshore package, commissioning and start up teams, for the offshore programme to connect the ASV to the CPF/FPSO.
• Support and work closely with the marine Technical authority .
• Take responsibility to resolve any related conflict and issues related to ASV
• Coordinate daily and weekly ASV meetings.
• Organize workshops as required and actively pursue actions in a timely manner.
• Ensure that there are well defined metrics and provide management visibility regarding risks to the project schedule for the ASV.
• Provide recommendations for schedule recovery if any slippage.
• Day to day resolution of technical and project issues as directed by the General Manager of Offshore Hook up & Integration.
• Provide assistance to ensure governmental authority compliance eg AMSA, Nopsema.
• Work closely with logistics for personnel transport, POB(PTS), marine operations, DO consumption, supply, cyclone
• Work closely with the nominated catering company (number of meals…)
• Focal point for the coordinating with ASV Contactor and Inpex logistics for the ASV clearance into Australian waters eg clearing customs, immigration, AQIS.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 10 years+ experience in general offshore operational, installation activities and managing Installation Contractors within the oil and gas industry.
• Engineering or Marine Degree - Class 1 or 2
• Experience with managing an offshore team;
• Experience with monitoring Quality and HSES as per Client requirements;
• Proven track record holding similar positions with other projects;
• Previous experience working with client team on EPCI contracts and working with relevant internationally recognized codes and standards.
• Experience in ASV and DP operations.
• Experience in the administration of contracts
• Experience in HSE reporting and incident investigation
• Proven supervisory experience in offshore installation operations, with Offshore Construction and Hook up projects.
• High awareness of safe working practices and incident investigation with regards to offshore installation and pre-commissioning vessel operations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
