The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Assignment Conditions
• Workplace at Contractor’s Offshore Primary Installation Vessel;
• Incumbent will be required to work Onshore (Company’s project office and/or Contractor’s load-out / mobilisation yards) as/when requested by direct Supervisor
• This position will be required to travel with oversea visits;

Critical Skills and Capabilities
• Working knowledge in areas of: linepipe automatic welding / Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT), coating / field joint coating, deployment of flowline in-line structures (FLET/ILT), ROV operations, driven piles.
• High awareness of safe working practices and incident investigation with regards to offshore installation and construction activities.
• High awareness of Australian legislative and regulatory requirements. Familiarity of Australian industrial relations (IR) practices.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures.

• 10 years+ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry in offshore pipelay (J-Lay and/or Reel-Lay), offshore heavy lifts / jacket installation, subsea structures and mooring systems (CPF / FSO driven piles & chains) installation.
• Previous experience working in a Client team managing EPCI contracts and working with relevant internationally recognized design codes / standards (specifically including DNV OS F101).
• Capable to review detailed offshore work procedures / task plans and to assess Management of Changes (MOC) on behalf of Company.
• Experience with monitoring Quality and HSES as per Client requirements.
• Proven track record holding similar positions with other projects;

Provide support to the Offshore Company Site Representative (CSR) to oversee the safe and timely completion of the URF Primary Installation Vessel activities in accordance with the Contract and regulatory requirements offshore.
• Ensure that the Contractor’s technical Work Scope is executed in accordance with the Contract technical requirements and approved work procedures / Offshore Installation Manuals (OIM).
• Liaise with Contractor daily in order to be fully acquainted with the development of the work and assist the URF EPCI Contractor in the early identification of potential problems, development of solutions and providing guidance in preparing plans of action.
• Day to day co-ordination of Company’s offshore HSE, and quality inspection. Ensure that contractual HSE requirements are met or exceeded.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
10 years+ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry in offshore pipelay (J-Lay and/or Reel-Lay), offshore heavy lifts / jacket installation, subsea structures and mooring systems (CPF / FSO driven piles & chains) installation.
