The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
As Offshore Hook-Up Manager, you will work closely with the commissioning and operations teams to maintain oversight of hook-up, commissioning and start-up activities in preparation for mobilization offshore.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Identify risks and monitor and intervene as required to achieve successful and timely offshore installation, hook-up and integration
• Responsible for ensuring that all necessary preparations are completed in relation to facility emergency response and security management for all phases of tow and IHUC
• Work closely with the Offshore support team and logistics to meet the requirements of the offshore integration and hook-up scope of multiple facilities
• Provide oversight and interface management for the preparation phase for the tow and offshore hook-up of the CPF and FPSO with URF, Commissioning and Operations teams.
• Provide central hook-up input and maintain oversight of the integrated IHUC schedule working closely with the relevant packages / divisions and the project Planning Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Engineering degree qualification with significant project engineering experience
• This should include proven experience in large scale offshore operations, preferably with offshore construction experience.
• Experience in development and management of contractor scopes of works
• A strong background in people management
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• A team player with excellent communication skills
