The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Primary Objective
• Reporting to the General Manager of Offshore Hook-up & Integration for project engineering and coordination of Offshore Hook-up scope to ensure that all risks to project hook-up are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities
Occupational Health and Safety
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Implementation of the IHU project execution plan with CPF, FPSO and URF Package teams.
• Implementation of dedicated scopes of work for the IHU “plan” with Offshore Package teams and participate in gate reviews with Package teams.
• Coordinate and intervene as required to achieve agreed milestones for the offshore installation, hook-up scope.
• Work closely with the offshore package, commissioning and start up teams, for the offshore hook-up of multiple facilities.
• Support and work closely with the logistics and supply chain management to meet the requirements of the offshore integration and hook-up scope of multiple facilities and floatels.
• Take responsibility to resolve any related conflict and issues that may arise through the Offshore hook-up.
• Coordination and expediting of actions arising from the daily and weekly offshore integrated hook-up & integration meetings.
• Ensure that lessons learned and best practices from relevant past and existing projects are captured and implemented.
• Ensure that there are well defined metrics and provide management visibility regarding risks to the project schedule for offshore hook-up and integration of multiple facilities.
• Provide recommendations for schedule recovery if there is slippage from the offshore hook-up scope of the multiple facilities.
• Address sparing requirements for hook-up and integration scope for the CPF and FPSO and liaise with logistics as required.
• Maintain a pan-project oversight of progress towards offshore hook-up & integration of the multiple facilities. Identify and resolve cross facility issues in liaison each package.
• Day to day resolution of technical and project issues as directed by the General Manager of Offshore Hook up & Integration.

Team Work
• Work collaboratively within organization to achieve project objectives
• Support the Offshore IHUC central Team where necessary.
• Participate strongly in building a high quality Offshore IHUC team.
• Maintain consistency through effective communication with Package IHUC focal points.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Role Authority Level - Superintendent
• Engineering degree qualified.
Skills and Experience requirements
• Minimum 10 years Offshore Engineering or marine experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in offshore installation operations, with Offshore Construction, facility Towing and Hook up experience.
• Experience with Floatel management.
• Experience in managing and interface with a multi discipline team
• Experience in management of contractor scopes of works
• Experience is project planning and tracking progress.
• Performance management experience to deliver results.
• Highly organised, self-motivated results orientated person.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Able to work in an office and offshore environment.
• Interpersonal skills befitting a multicultural environment
• Strong team player
