The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for an Offshore HSE Systems Coordinator to report directly into the Offshore HSE Manager based in Perth.

The role will support the Offshore Division HSE Manager, the package HSE Leads and the Perth based Offshore HSE team in all matters of developing, planning and implementing HSE systems, raising HSE awareness through effective communications, providing technical support, centralized/aligned internal and external HSE reporting, risk administration and HSE record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

Occupational Health and Safety
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
• Implement and co-ordinate the existing centralised HSE reporting process (monthly reporting, TCM, HSE Committee, Monthly Offshore Meeting)
• Input, track and report applicable offshore actions that have been initiated through incident investigations and audits, these are to be tracked and managed on a daily basis.
• Develop and co-ordinate the yearly Offshore ER/EM exercise calendar. Track progress against plan and update Package date changes in the ER/EM exercise calendar as required.
• Offshore Incident Reporting Focal Point – provide an oversight function to the Packages to ensure the quality and timelines on reporting are met as per company event reporting requirements.
• First Priority Incident Management System Focal Point for Offshore Division analysis and reporting outputs for Senior Management communications.
• Co-ordinate, track and report on HSE performance, trending analysis and lessons learnt and events on a monthly basis.
• Collation, manipulation and reporting of Man-Hours and TRCF data for Perth and site teams.
• Collate and report progress against plan of the Offshore Packages HSE Culture activity plans. Offshore HSE Culture status to be reported and communicated at the quarterly HSE Culture Committee.
• Coordination of yearly Offshore HSE Targets and Objectives and KPI’s.
• Offshore Division focal point for coordination, logistics and collation/development of HSE materials required for the yearly EPC/CEO HSE Forums and other HSE workshops.
• Assist and support the Offshore L&D advisor in development of Offshore HSE awareness and communication packages and plans.
• Assist and support the Offshore HSE Team Lead in the preparation, audit and reporting of Level 2 HSE audits and reviews.

Administration
• Outstanding organisational ability required.
• Assist with coordination of HSE related forums and workshops (with a cost and quality focus).
• Undertake communication with senior managers and Package HSE Managers to ensure closure of actions on a timely basis.

Primary Objective
• To directly support the Offshore Division HSE Manager, the package HSE Leads and the Perth based Offshore HSE team in all matters of developing, planning and implementing HSE systems, raising HSE awareness through effective communications, providing technical support, centralized/aligned internal and external HSE reporting, risk administration and HSE record keeping.


Leadership
• Influence upwards and across functions to support delivering a HSE centre of excellence.
• Use strong focus to ensure high quality and timely close out of all HSE commitments and actions.
• Work closely with the Offshore Division HSE leads to ensure day to day HSE monitoring is ongoing and effective.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Mature experience in the HSE, Risk, major projects, administration and office support. Must have ability to develop and implement HSE administration systems. Basic HSE or Cert 4 qualification highly desirable.
• Practical working knowledge of HSE issues, standards and management systems.
• Previous experience on international oil and gas projects highly regarded.
• Expertise in HSE IT systems essential
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent office management skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to time manage under pressure
• Prior experience in a multicultural environment
• Strong team player
• HSE training and facilitation
• Influencing for High Performance
• Advanced taproot or event root cause analysis (desirable)
