The Role:
The Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) is responsible for the day-to-day management, operation & maintenance of the offshore installation and in charge of the health, safety and welfare of persons on or about the installation in line with the efficient execution of the operational program.
The OIM shall ensure that all contractual obligations are satisfied as the company representative. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidelines, industry standards, company policies and procedures applicable to the area of operation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Offshore survival and medical certificate
• Well control – supervisor level
• Major emergency management with OIM controlling emergencies competence
• Supervisory management
• OIM regulations with Panama OIM license
• Accident/incident investigation
• Computer and IT literacy
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Ability to access and work at heights up to 60 metres
• Be at a level of fitness so can carry out various duties including use of SCBA, walk throughout multi-level areas of tender and DES and lifeboat operator
• Maintain BMI levels as per Company & Client’s requirements
• The incumbent is expected to be mobile to cover similar roles within the fleet
