The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Support the Offshore Engineering and Interface Leader in coordination of project-wide interface issues through detailed design, construction and commissioning phases of the project including associated functions (drilling, reservoir, operations, environmental, safety, quality and approvals).

• Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders of key interface issues.
• Facilitate Interface communications across the project, including review and coordination meetings, reports and briefings.
• Ensure that main contractors and key personnel review and update interface activities, target dates and deliverable documentation to close out interface actions.
• Identify, document and implement improvements to the Interface Management System and procedures.
• Record and track interface agreements within the Interface Management System.
• Conduct reviews / audits of interface management work processes within the project team as directed.
• Coordinate the update of key project documents (eg. PDB and Offshore Basis of Design) where directed by Offshore Engineering and Interface Leader
• Attend/participate in key project committees/task forces as directed by The Offshore Engineering and Interface Leader
• Keep a track of cross package procurement deliverables and identify any issues to management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications and / or professional registration in a relevant engineering discipline eg chemical engineering, mechanical engineering.
• Education/Experience:
• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Min 10yrs experience in multidiscipline project engineering for the development of large Oil & Gas EPC Projects, including experience with Interface systems
• High awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, precommissioning, installation and offshore hookup and commissioning of Oil and Gas facilities’
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent written skills
• Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures
• Experience in working with multiple discipline projects
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft
• Liaison with 3rd party service provide
