The Company:
Our Client is a specialist provider of engineering, operations and maintenance services to the owners of energy assets around the world. Due to significant increases in projects they require the most experienced and professional Engineers available.

The Role:
Focal point for all personnel logistics issues and queries for project. General adminstration duties.

Main Duties:

◦Co-ordination of offshore mobilisations for all personnel and sub contractors
◦Co-ordination of accommodation and travel arrangements where required
◦Set up and maintain up to date and accurate rotas
◦Tracking of leave requests for employees
◦Timekeeping for personnel
◦Responsible for ensuring all medical requirements are up to date
◦Liaison with Managers and Client
◦Checking personnel have the required skill sets
◦Assisting safety team in training
◦Collating training / certification for trades
◦Checking Certification training records against minimum standards training matrix

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Personnel Logistics Role, ideally within the offshore oil and gas industry
◦Logistics system awareness
◦Excellent computer and administration skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
◦Excellent organisational skills
◦Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
◦Team player
