The Company:
Our Client is an international energy service company leader in both marginal field developments, in life-of-field engineering and in production support.

The Role:
Basic Purpose of Job:
• Focal point for all personnel logistics issues and queries for project. General administration duties.

Main Duties:
o Co-ordination of offshore mobilsations for all the company personnel and sub contractors
o Co-ordination of accommodation and travel arrangements where required
o Set up and maintain up to date and accurate rotas
o Tracking of leave requests for employees
o Timekeeping for personnel
o Responsible for ensuring all medical requirements are up to date
o Liaison with the company Managers and Client
o Checking personnel have the required skill sets
o Assisting safety team in training
o Collating training / certification for trades
o Checking Certification training records against minimum standards training matrix

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience:
o 9 - 24 months experience in a Personnel Logistics Role, ideally within the offshore oil and gas industry
o Logistics system awareness
o Excellent computer and administration skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Personal Skills:
o Excellent organisational skills
o Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
o Team player
