The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Co-ordinate the arrival of COMPANY and sub-contractor commissioning personnel on the FPSO from worldwide locations. This includes mobilisation and transition of the FPSO commissioning personnel and commissioning vendors.
Manage movement of commissioning personnel between FPSO and FPSO flotel including daily logistics updates.

Key Responsibilities:

•Act as focal point for personnel logistics issues on board FPSO for commissioning team
•Oversee crew change movements during HUC phase for commissioning personnel
•Manage commissioning team rotation schedule on behalf of commissioning manager
•Allocate in field accommodation location for commissioning team to best support the HUC plan
•Liaise with MODEC logistics team to ensure MODEC commissioning personnel rotation schedules accurate
•Ensure correct documentation in place to allow commissioning personnel to arrive/depart FPSO and Angola
•Manage transfer of commissioning personnel to/from FPSO flotel including coordination of priority personnel for transfer to/from FPSO flotel
•Support the COMPANY Aviation Team to enhance crew change functioning and streamline logistic operations on FPSO for commissioning team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have proven extensive experience in oilfield logistics
High degree of computer literacy
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a culturally diverse Project
