Summary Decision Rights
*Perform cargo and people coordination
*Perform Open Wells data entry
*Agree to vessel schedule with SB team
*Recommend cargo supply scheduling based on priority and state of operations
*Act as offshore focal point for movement of all cargo, marine & aviation activities for corresponding offshore location
*Gather cargo movement requests from service companies, engineers and other parties.
*Consolidate cargo movement requests and communicate up-to-date load lists on a daily basis to Supply Base team.
*Enforce and report cut off time rules and deviations .
*Publish up to date boat departure times on 5 Day Planner.
*Provide vessel captain and Supply Base counterparts with accurate manifest and applicable paperwork prior to loading vessel, to include but not exclusive to MSDS, UIC-28 and Customs paperwork prior to loading material and cargo on receiving vessel.
*Drive H2S SWP as it applies to loading cargo onto supply boats.
*Update applicable cost information and other data as necessary in Open Wells for daily report submission
*Interfaces with HSSE, Cost Analysts, PSCM, D & C Engineers among others as needed
*Work with Deck Foreman and others to reduce potential need for warehouse boats.
*Coordinate with Supply Base to determine appropriate boat departure date/time
*Coordinate with all parties necessary to agree on realistic time required to hold boats offshore at location.
*Minimize time required to hold boats offshore to maximize efficiencies and maintain schedule integrity.
*Ability to effectively communicate with numerous internal and external parties in all levels of the organization with emphasis on influencing others with diplomacy
*Quick study, eager to learn new skills and get out of comfort zone
*Motivated self-starter with the ability to deliver results with minimum direction and supervision.
*Excellent organization, planning and reporting skills.

Essential Experience & Job Requirements
*Proven ability to quickly learn/adapt/succeed in an unfamiliar environment
*Willingly takes the lead when challenges arise
*Basic knowledge of offshore drilling & completions operations and how activity translates into Logistics
*Understand supply base operations and intermodal logistics
*Demonstrable experience of operational co-ordination where many interfaces require to be managed.
*Solid experience with planning and demand forecasting
*Builds networks to enhance effectiveness and share knowledge
*Gains new insights by challenging fixed assumptions
*Basic understanding of Open Wells
*Experience with planning tools such as MS Office Suite
*Proficient with Open Wells requiring minimal oversight
*Gulf of Mexico related customs rules and procedures
*Previous, hands-on lifting and rigging experience
*Experience working in GoM
*Lean Six Sigma exposure or certification
*Shore base or supply vessel experience
