As one of our Client's Offshore Reliability Engineers, you’ll help to maintain the reliability and technical integrity of our assets’ safety and production critical equipment through assessment of equipment reliability characteristics, including advanced condition-based monitoring. We’ll also expect you to provide troubleshooting support to maintenance, root cause analysis of operational related problems, auditing and improvement of maintenance reference plans. In summary, your main areas of responsibility will be:
• Capacity and production availability assurance
• Root cause analysis
• Maintenance optimisation and critical spares reviews
• General reliability engineering support
• Total reliability
• Technical integrity reviews
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
With a degree in engineering, an HNC in an engineering or equivalent science discipline would be desirable. Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) is important.
You should have experience of gathering and analysing capacity/production availability and maintenance performance data, establishing trends and drawing conclusions, and possess the ability to work as part of a team to achieve business improvement.
Ready to coordinate reliability and CBM data gathering both internally and with contractors, we’ll also expect you to have strong analytical, communication and team playing skills.
