The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experience Offshore Marine Installation Manager.

Responsibility of the supervision of the installation activities ensuring that they are carried out in a good Workmanship, in accordance with the Project requirements, Company procedures, strict compliance to HSE regulations and QA/QC policy within the agreed schedule.
Review other Marine Construction procedure as needed.
Responsibility to ensure a good planning coordination between the vessels activities (in particulars installation, construction and accommodation) to prevent or minimize the vessels stand-by or platform shut down.
Implementation of safety rules in conformity with Project procedures to ensure installation work is safe and liaise with HSE Mgr.
Supervision of Contractor installation activities offshore via the Company Site Representatives.
Preparation of offshore marine operations and associated logistics.
Support of the SIMOPS coordinator in order to reduce the need for shut downs during operations.
Support of the the package Manager in all aspects of the project.
Check that installation activities are performed in strict compliance with project and company specifications.
Control that work permit procedures are adhered to and ensure their application offshore.
Implement response plan, risk identification, drills and manage critical site operation.
Management of installation interfaces with MWS, initiate actions, follow up and control.
Anticipate, mitigate deficiencies and develop solutions to facilitate installation problems.
Interface with people working in a large range of disciplines (production, operations, schedule, contracts, construction, quality assurance, drilling).
Participation with interface between design teams, fabrication works and offshore installation
Participation in Risk Assessments, Hazids, Simops reviews, etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential
Ensure proper planning follow up and progress reporting to package leaders and DPN.
Inform package leaders of any planning issues and propose remedial action in order to allow any arbitration from them/management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•MUST HAVE Fluency in English/ French (spoken and written)
•10 - 15 years experience in offshore construction projects e.g.: Installation supervision and project management. Projects involving installation and commissioning of pipelines and diving construction of underwater facilities (flexible pipelines and risers/ electrical cables/ etc).
•BOSIET training
•Previous work experience in Africa is a plus.
